Portside Property Services are delighted to be introducing the use of a FREE “pre sales pack” to all their clients, a unique service designed to offer a speedier transaction for both buyers and sellers.

 From January 2007 all residential properties must be offered for sale with a home information pack (HIP) and the procedure for selling a property will experience significant changes.

In order to be ready for these changes, Portside Property Services have teamed up with Legal Marketing Services (LMS), one of the UK’s largest suppliers of outsourced conveyancing and survey services to provide home buyers and sellers with a fast and efficient customer-focused service.
