Tenants References
Any terms negotiated on a tenancy will be subject to obtaining
suitable references on the tenant. The type of references we will
obtain for your approval may vary according to whether the tenant is
a company or private individual.
For private individuals: -
* Bank
* Employers
* Previous landlords (where applicable)
* Character and guarantors (where applicable)
* I.D. (copy of driving license or passport)
For Companies:-
* Bank
* Solicitors
* Accountant references
For Students:-
* Parents/Guardian to act as Guarantor
* Acceptance letter from college/university for each course
* I.D. (copy of driving license or passport)
* Bank (Only UK account)
Ultimately you will have the final say as to who resides at your
property. |
